This page covers the integration settings that apply when Autotask is one side of a connection.
Use it when you're configuring a relationship that includes Autotask. The form is titled Autotask configuration and sets the default values used for Autotask ticket creation during sync. Which settings appear depends on whether your Autotask organisation is the source or the target.
Sync filter
Sync filter (source): the basis for choosing which tickets sync, such as by account or by queue, with the specific value selected below it.
Default values for new tickets
These set what Autotask applies to tickets the integration creates, such as the account, queue, ticket type, status, and priority. When Autotask is the source, the same defaults are used for tickets created back into Autotask during reverse sync.
Comments and attachments
Comment sync options: which notes sync: public, private, or both. At least one is required.
Sync attachments: include ticket attachments in the sync.
Source vs target: As the source, you set the sync filter that selects which Autotask tickets sync, plus the defaults for tickets created back during reverse sync. As the target, you set the default values applied to created tickets.
