Dashboard

Reference for the dashboard - monitors your ticket synchronisation status and activity at a glance.

The dashboard is the first screen you see after logging in. It monitors your ticket synchronisation status and activity at a glance.

Use it to confirm syncs are running and to spot anything that needs attention. On a new account, the analytics are empty until you've connected a platform and linked an organisation.

Sync overview cards

Three cards across the top summarise recent activity:

  • Total syncs: the number of syncs in the last 24 hours.

  • Success rate: the percentage of those syncs that succeeded.

  • Failed syncs: how many failed and need attention.

Connected organisations and activity

The Connected organisations panel lists your active organisation relationships, showing each source and target organisation, their platforms, and a success-rate badge. The 24-hour sync activity chart plots sync volume over the past day so you can see when syncs ran and whether any failed.

Before you've set up a relationship

Until you've connected a platform and linked a partner organisation, there's nothing to report. The cards and panels show empty until a relationship is active, so a blank dashboard on a new account is expected rather than a fault.
