Profile is where you manage your personal information and account settings: the details specific to you, not your organisation.

Use it to keep your own details current and to set how you're notified. Settings shared by everyone in your organisation live on the Organisation page instead.

The Personal information card holds your First name, Last name, and Email. Edit to update your first and last name, then save. Your email identifies your account and is shown here.

Set your notification preferences to control what Support Fusion emails you about. These apply to your account only.

Your profile applies only to your account. Settings that affect everyone, such as the organisation name, are managed on the Organisation page.
